Built a production CRM in 3 weeks using AI.

Proving you don’t need to code, you need to be a product manager and you need good requirements.

Starting ClariVantage meant making hard choices about tools and investments. When existing CRMs were either too complex or too basic, I built my own using Claude.AI, not because I’m a developer, but because I believe in hands-on execution.

The result? A custom system that handles everything from client management to invoicing, runs locally, and costs zero in licensing fees. More importantly, it proved that AI tools are reshaping how we solve business problems.

Key insight: AI misunderstandings mirror bad product requirements. Clear inputs = better outputs. Always.

For healthcare founders and product leaders: these tools are production-ready. The question isn’t whether AI can build solutions—it’s whether you’re ready to lead them.
